Anees Bazmi's 'Pagalpanti' starrer John Abraham and Ileana Dcruz that marks the return of the trio, Anees Bazmi, John Abraham and Anil Kapoor after almost four years has finally got the release date. Reportedly, the comedy film that will also give a break to John from those serious films is all set to hit the big screens on December 6th which is the second half of the year.
With this latest update, it is clear that this comedy film will lock horns at the box office with Ashutosh Gowarikar's 'Panipat' which also releases on the same date. 'Panipat' stars Arjun Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Kriti Sanon and Padmini Kolhapure in the lead roles whereas 'Pagalpanti' will feature Anil Kapoor, Kriti Kharbanda, Arshad Warsi, Pulkit Samrat and Urvashi Rautela in important roles.
While Aushutosh's 'Panipat' is a period drama, 'Pagalpanti' won't be a typical Anees Bazmi's film. Who will mint more at the box office, only time will tell.
