Dhanush to kick-start shooting for Vetrimaaran's Asuran from January 26, 2019
After releasing the first look of his next film, Asuran, Dhanush announces when he will start shooting for the film. Dhanush had announced earlier that he will be teaming up with Vetrimaaran for a film and got fans really excited about his next venture. In fact, his last two films, Vada Chennai and Maari 2, were super hits. His roles in both the films were appreciated well by critics and the audiences. Dhanush announced shooting for his film and tweeted saying, “We will start filming #asuran from January 26th !! A Vetrimaaran film. Looking forward to yet another adventure. @VetriMaaran @gvprakash @theVcreations”.
The actor also had the sequel to Vada Chennai in his kitty but wanted to take a break and play another character before he got in the Vada Chennai zone. This will be the fourth time when Dhanush will pair up with Vetrimaaran after Vada Chennai, Pollathavan and Aadukalam. Dhanush’s look for Asuran is also something different from what we have seen him play in quite some time. His hairdo, moustache and beard also look quite different. Expectations from this film and Dhanush are quite high, thanks to the successes of his recent films.
